I have received a job confirmation mail from Byrne Construction Services company. They have taken an interview through phone call and they give the confirmation. They told me that I have to bear the all expenses which will come for Visa process and they will reimburse that amount after joining the company. They have give appointment letter LMIA and Salary form every thing. And my doubt is they refer the VFS GLOBAL immigration consultancy to process my visa and this company is asking the money for visa process. Please suggest me is this real or fake.

I would suggest you do some research on the company. you can put their email here for us to give you an opinion.
first and obvious question, did you apply for this job? if not then it is 100% fake

It's fake. No real job offer requires the applicant to cover all of the expenses which will be reimbursed later.

Even without seeing the offer letter, I can confirm that this is the standard scam.
