My application was revived March 7th 2018
Sent to Havana Visa office in August 2018
Got Medical Request on October 31st 2018
Medical completed November 10th 2018

How long should it take till I have my husband with me ?

Also should he get an other background if it expired in November?

They may or may not request a new police check if it expires, just wait to see if they ask. Normal processing time is 12 months. Often, the background check starts after the medical. If often is the longest but last stage of the application Be patient and if you haven't, get gckey, so you can check your status online
