Hi guys,

I'm applying for the spouse visa for my wife. I'm thinking to get the wedding photographs on word document and write description of each photograph on the same page and print it.
Is this fine?
Has anyone else done this way and got their application approved?

I'm concerned because the checklist says:
" Write name, dob and description on back of each photograph"

Thanks in advance!

Warm Regards
Robin

You should probably invest the very small amount of money involved and do separate photos, properly printed. Ordinary paper can't compete with the quality of the images.

I did this (although it was years ago). I dropped all of the images into word and then typed descriptions underneath them before printing each page.

I did the same thing Scylla did and I had no issues at all (I applied in June and was approved with no request for additional pictures)

I also did this without issue.

Yep - another vote for drop into Word, caption and print on normal paper and a printer in colour

As pretty much everyone has said, you can print them at home, drop into a Word doc, etc.

It's also pretty cheap and quick to have the photos printed at a drug store (like $3 max, ready in an hour), if you decide to go that route. Great quality. That's what we did since the rest of the application was killing our printer, lol.

Thanks for the response. Great quality for printing on normal paper, is it right?

We did it in Word.
Explained that all pictures are digital anyway.
On top of each page (one photo per page), we stated:
Who (names, dob, etc)
When
What (brief description).

I just printed on an inkjet on normal printer paper. went through fine.

Printed one picture per page?
Did you have it's description on the back of the paper or front?

Put multiple pics per page to cut down on the paper. The descriptions don't need to be essays. One sentence, "John and Jane with Jane's parents at Christmas 2017", right under the picture is perfectly fine.
