Wrong. If the visa provider gives you a website link there you can check if the visa is genuine or fake - that guarantees it's a scam. A genuine visa letter contains no such link. You must be a scammer yourself if you're giving this kind of advice.

I have got a feeling there are scammers and false agents on this forum now. They are providing false information which will be very damaging to the applicants if they follow through with the information. I think people should be on guard for this.

does not sound like a genuine job so can you post the offer letter here with personal details removed. If they are providing flights, accommodation and maybe food then will probably not be genuine.



Anything to do with immigration goes through IRCC by the way and as such there is no Department of Labor only Ministry of Labour but even then immigration applications are approved by IRCC.[/QUOTE

Did they ask you to pay the visa fee? Or did they ask you to send the passport to some address for visa process?

not sure about sending the passport to some address. if they ask me to send i wont. no one in their right mind would do such thing. ive been told that you have to pay the visa fee when youre approached by immigration authority in INDIA.
