1) She cannot marry him since she is divorced. She will need to live with him for a year to become common law before he can sponsor her.
2) She should ask him.
3) She would apply to extend her stay in Canada.
4) I don't know what an immigration loan is.
5) No

1) She cannot marry him since she is divorced. She will need to live with him for a year to become common law before he can sponsor her. ( she was divorced in 2016 in her back home country . She came in Canada last month, I do not see any rule for one year before marriage. Once some one marry in city council they apply for sponsorship rights a way , please share me any reference regarding it)
2) She should ask him.
3) She would apply to extend her stay in Canada. ( she has visit visa which ll expired on end of March.entery permit and visa both will be expired on end of march. How can she extend her visa? Can she apply new visit visa in Canada? On which basis she could apply her new visa)
4) I don't know what an immigration loan is. ( its mentioned in eligibility criteria for sponsoring that if any one got immigration loan then he or she is not able to sponsor any one. If some is got loan for business point view then still could he be able to sponsor her? Please guide
5) No

3. When her TRV expires is irrelevant. Same answer applies. She would apply for an extension to her stay as a visitor in Canada if she wants to stay longer.
4. There is no way for her to find this out if he has an "immigration loan". A business loan will not impact his ability to sponsor her.

Sorry - I thought you said she was not yet divorced. If she is officially divorced, then she can remarry in Canada and he can sponsor her for PR. She should not marry him during their first in-person visit. They should visit each other at least twice (separate trips) before getting married. If they get married immediately, this is a huge red flag to IRCC that this is a marriage of convenience and they should expect problems with the application and a high likelihood of refusal.

InvitTion letter from spouse for reason etc etc

No - for the TRV she will apply for an extension. Not for a brand new TRV.

For your second question, see my post above.

I could not get some terminology first in person visit or separate visit. He is living in Toronto and that lady is living in Calgary. Still they did not meet with each other but they have plan to visit Calgary or Toronto for satisfaction in future before marriage. They met in matrimonial web site. They are communicating via what's up with support of that web site. Still there is red flag in their case. If yes how to overcome such red flag please guide her....even they ll get marriage after meeting and full satisfication then they ll apply for marriage certificate in Canada. Is it enough?

Their situation is a red flag and sounds like a possible marriage of convenience. She should come and visit him in Canada and then return home without getting married. They should then take a second trip together (either she can come to Canada or he can come to her home country). Once again, they should not get married but both return home. On their third trip together, if everything is working out between them, that would be the right time to get married.

Getting married during their first meeting is generally a strong red flag. Ideally, they should have a few more visits and spend a bit more time together before getting married and applying.
