Near to 2 months of decision made but not got any mail!!!
No pre arrival mail, no file transfer mail, no ADR mail!!!
Anybody can help what will be the reason??

If you are outland then its not free & not easy too.
they are open from 8-5 as per my knowledge, you can check the Canadian timing with your country timing & then call.
As per my experience you have to wait for at least 30 mins before you connect to agent, so make sure to have enough funds if you buy calling card.

Called CIC, officer said file is approved, well haven't received PPR yet
work permit about to expire in January, what should i do

YOu should apply for an extension.
You must have a legal status while landing i.e either on current work permit, or on implied status (waiting for the extension).
Apply for the extension a week before it expires, that way you still have some time to cancel it (and get a refund) if you receive PPR and landing papers before your extension is granted.

That is what I had to do, sadly we need to "waste" couple of hundred bucks.

Go ahead and apply for BOWP right away but have to stop working when your PGWP expires.

We can continue working while on implied status, and waiting for work permit extension.

I got my GCSM notes a month ago, and saw that my application was approved in September.
I rang and asked if they tried to contact me, and yes, they sent an email which I never received. They said they will resend within 21 business days, which is tomorrow, and I still havent received it. Will call them again on Monday. I could have had my PR card by now, if not for all this delay...

The agent said the email had landing instruction, when I asked if it was PPR/

From my partial ( I wont say through because I did not go through every single post) analysis thorugh the forum I have found out that getting PPR between the time of 13 months to 15 months after application has been received was quite common this year. I could not see much of any after that. Of course at 18-19 months as listed on CIC, and quite abundant after 20 months surprisingly. So if we dont recieve anything within 13 15 we might have to wait till full length or more so sad...

I'm Sep 13 applicant and no update till now.
November people are getting ghost updates woww.
