My sister is a US permanent resident.Therefore when applying to canada student visa,is there any chance for a refusal in terms of relation with my home country.

Why US and Canada are separate countries.

How can i prove that i have strong ties with my home country.
Iam a recent btech graduate.
No properties are owned by me.
My parents are providing funds and have financial proof as fixed depsit.
My parents worked in middle east and now they settled in my home country.
I have a sister and she in usa.
My father owns 2 hectors of land and a home
