I have been asked to submit an additional document without being given anaddress for my study permit

If you applied on paper then contact the VFS where you applied.

I contacted them many times but they said me to send email to given address . I sent many emails but get no reply.
I have submitted paper application to los angeles vfs usa . What i do bcoz i have applied for january intake.

You can also get help of an agent for this particular situation.

Agent also told me to wait till the status is not changed on tracking id .

How did you get the letter? Are you sure one of the texts in the myCIC is not clickable? You need to call the canada office like I said, start calling when they open and expect to wait a long time to get through. Also consider contacting local VFS if you can submit through them.

I got one of those DONTREPLY meassges telling there was a new message in my account so I checked my account on Government of Canada website and found the letter. I think the only way to send a new document is by following the instructions here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1310&top=23

I really feel like I might have missed something but I’ve been checking my account and doing the steps to add a new document but nothing clickable.

After submitting a specific case enquiry, they finally contaced me by email and asked to provide the additional document there . Such a relief
