Hi,
I am waiting for WES accreditation for my master degree for last 2 weeks. I have a kid of 9 years old, I have 1.5 yrs of Canada exp and my Celpip score is 8. My husband can not come now as my in laws are ill. Can I apply alone with my Kid now and once I receive my PR then after some time can I pull my husband?
If I apply for me and my kid(without my spouse), do I need to provide police clearance for my husband wherever he worked for more than 6 months in last 10 years?
I have my police clearance in place for all the countries I worked for more than 6 months in last 10 years.

Yes - you can list your husband as non-accompanying and he can come later.

Yes - your husband will have to complete a medical and also provide PCCs.

Thanks. So even if I submit the application without him, I need to provide PCC's for him as well?

Yes, whether your husband is accompanying or not, you have to provide his PCCs and medicals. No exceptions in this rule.

Thanks. My husband stays on Indonesia for 9 months in 2012 and within this tenure he visited India for 15 days. So it is not a continuous stay in a row. So does he need to provide PCC for Indonesia?
