Good day to everybody,

I have question regarding how to cancel my wife open work permit that she received based on Sponsorship application, but I have already cancelled her Sponsorship application and now want to revoke her work permit as it was obtained by sponsorship application. Is the any way to do that? Please help.

You can't. It's as simple as that... Period.
 
But, she tried to get PR and received work permit under false/ marriage of convenience.
You can report the situation to CBSA/IRCC but you can't cancel/revoke her work permit. Also, they will NOT keep you informed about the action, if any, that they decide to take based on the information you provide.

Thank you for your respond, but I want to deport her from country anyhow and anyway.

You should more focus on dealing with your part of the situation - meaning to file for divorce.
And you do not need to worry about her permit as it is temporary anyway. Leave it on immigration officers to catch up with the situation instead.
