Hey comrades,
So I received my GCMS notes yesterday and spent some time to review it last night (it took more than 40 days to receive the notes).
I found nothing much that I didn't know (after calling CIC about three weeks ago)

As of October 16:
Eligibility: Recommended Pass
Criminality: In Progress (Should have been completed by now since they have not asked for RCMP report or anything else).
Security: Not Started (Not sure if it has already started or not)
Primary office: CPC-Ottawa
Secondary office: CPC-Vegreville

how are guys able to talk to them? I have been trying since 3 days, they are not even placing me in the queue
Yeah I had a difficult time as well. I had been trying to reach them for nearly a week, the call always hung up. But today I kept calling until I was placed in the queue!

Congratulations !
Yes. You have same status as me as well as most of CEC Inland candidates..
So, we just have to be patient and wait for CIC to send PPR email :)

Are you thinking to order second set of notes ?

Honestly, I don't know.
I was thinking to order the second set mid December-ish because if I order it now, it will hit the holidays.
Who knows, by mid December we might get our PPR and if not, the new set will be ordered then and received by mid January which is 6 months point.
What do you think?

You can ask for change of Visa office, as suggested by applicants who went through the process.
Send email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca with details of your application and request for visa center change.
So the change in Visa office would be for the spouse residing in India right? How long does this Visa center change take?
If the center is not changed, can both spouses send their passports to their respective Visa centers? (1 to Ottawa and the other to NDVO)??

Please advise. I'm asking because I have a friend who's scenario is exactly the same. Wife is in Canada (primary applicant) and husband in India.
AoR - 15th July
Medicals passed
Still in IP1
Eligibility - recommend passed
S&C - not started
This is as per the gcms notes ordered in September.

She had ordered another set of GCMS notes on October 5th but still hasn't received it yet. It's been 53 days now!!

Yes, for the spouse residing in India. How long it takes.. I don't know, but some have reported a change after a couple of days.
If center doesn't change, passports have to be submitted in the center mentioned in email.

Yes, I am planning to order this weekend which is 4.5 months after AOR
Also, I need to see new ADR document submitted (14th November) was received even though I did received an email from agent on 19th November that document submitted by CSE was sent to appropriate Visa Office.

Sounds good.
What was your ADR by the way? if you don't mind.
I also had some updates sent through CSE (like new residing address, new TRV on my passport, etc.) and they were reflected on GCMS notes to update my profile.

My ADR was requesting original marriage certificate in native language and Travel Consent letter.
I had assumed Consent letter was for myself requiring from my father which was incorrect. So, I raised a CSE to upload new document granting authority for my minor son.
I did not raise CSE for new extended WP/TRV but I could see in notes, they were able to get this information.
