November AOR

I have submitted my AOR on 2 nov, but my work permit got rejected on 4 nov, which I have applied in september and now I need to apply a new permit with status restoration. can I go to home country in meanwhile and what if I get my ppr later. Can I submit passport in home country. Experts please help me
Any November CEC (Canadian Experience Class) guys got PPR ? Can you please share your timeline ?

Today i just opened my account and the status of backgroud check was in progress.
Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information without medical pass
But my medical is still showing : We don't need medical

Well I submitted the medical together with AOR . So mine shows as medical pass. Do you have to wait til the file ask for medical ?? Cant you just submit now?
