My file is moved to NDVO from Sydney, NS visa office on 21st Nov. Ralph confirmed on 14th Nov that the eligibility, security, and criminality is completed for the primary applicant and pending for the spouse. What does it indicate?
AOR: Aug 15
Spouse added: Oct 1
Ghost update for file transfer: Nov 21
Sounds like very HIGH speed is given to file, ours is now like a Pass train slowest speeds.

When did file transfer to NDVO ?
I think no one knows how NDVO is working
In this forum I have read some of applicants got PPR in 1 or 2 months after Pre-arrival.
But in your case you said your spouse have gotten DM and I think NDVO is working with your spouse file. May be with in some days you will get PA and PPR and keep checking your gckey and email.
I want to say u that keep patience and wait for NDVO response. We can not do anything unless waiting..Everyone here in this forum passed/ passing through the same situation of frustrating wait...Have patience and Good luck

Has anyone submitted request for GCMS notes in 2018 for NDVO application? Was it helpful to figure out how New Delhi office is working after file is transferred from Canada?

From my research it seems GCMS notes might be useful to catch application mistakes early on, that might cause processing to be stalled. I haven't seen what these notes look like though for spousal sponsorship.
