Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C)

Hello,
I applied for PR with a spouse sponsorship and it has been transferred to ’Vancouver backlog’ on Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) due to the death of my spouse.
The H&C application was submitted in OCT and became "in process" in NOV.

And my question is, how long does it usually take from "in process" to ”positive stage1”?

So few H&C applications are processed and every case is unique, so no reliable statistics are likely to be available. It will take as long as it takes.. We do have published statistics that H&C applications can take years to complete.
