Hi everyone,

Since OINP has categorically announced that this year’s quota has been completed. I want to know whether one should be hopeful of getting an EOI in the HCP next year for someone with a score between 430-440? Keeping in mind the trend they have been following in the past few years. Would appreciate any insight into to this. Thanks.

for every rounds of invitation they have diff criteria.
here are few.
1. French speaking trade.
2. specialized degree.
3. job based.
4. specific noc based

But i read that at times its a crs range, lets say between 430-445. Without any other restriction.

nope... there is always a criteria.. in that range also

HCP stream has no criteria. It’s not based on any NOC nor does it require a French speaking candidate nor does it require a trades profession. But the ITA issued for those are usually just below the CRS (430-440) cut off for EE (440+)

Just to add, I think they also look at and consider your English Language IELTS score to assess
your language skills. Nobody knows exactly what kind of metrics or criteria they use to issue OINP
HCP invitations.

Under french speakers skilled workers stream
I am I the only one (main aplicant) who is required to talk French CLB 7or more + English CLB 6 or more or my wife (dependant) need to pass her language tests ?

I need to submit my application for oinp . I have eca from CES so do oinp need duplicate eca result or not . I know duplicate is required for eca from WES.
