As we have filled visitor visa application form imm 5257 so i want to know, Is it mandatory to fill (i) Schedule 1 Application Form and (ii) consent form ? if we are applying visitor visa from India.

Not sure which consent form you're referring to. Are you referring to the VFS consent form (paper application) or is it the 'Use of representative' form?

sir. i think your question is a little confusing because there are a few consent forms in the application. you can check the vfs site for your requirements depending on your case.

in my case, i prepared all the forms myself and applied online 2 years ago and i submitted 1 vfs consent form along with the passport to the vfs office.
