Hi there
I need an advice, I know a person who is living in canada with a fake identity. He has changed his cast and sir name just to take the PR. Its been 20 years he is living there and has taken loan which he is paying off but he has transferred that money to pakistan and planning to move back with his family without clearing the loan. He has taken the loan on his kids name too. He has a previous criminal record in pakistan.
What should I do? I think its my moral duty to inform someone to save pakistans name, otherwise because of these people nobody will start trusting pakistan.
Should I lodge a complaint or should I let it go?
I have his original ID card of pakistan with me and I am ready to hand it over to immigration department along with other proofs that he has shown his wrong identity.

Call the police

Call the police
I have his original id card and fake id card which he is using in canada and also his family tree certificate which proves he is living there with fake cast and on the basis of fake case. I can call a police but they will be needing a proof I guess.
I can parcel all his details if you can tell me the address where to parcel

I said that you should call the police and they'll tell you what to do - why is this so complicated?

How come you are so familiar with him and have both his ID cards? What's your relationship with him? Something smells fishy...

He is my uncle. Why are you being suspicious? I live in pakistan I have nothing to gain from this? Telling a truth is not a crime I guess.
You should be appreciating me for this.

You keep mentioning "fake cast". Be aware that Canada doesn't care about the "caste" system and claiming to be from a different heritage is not an offence.

Canada is interested in false identity and potential fraud.

I would be very surprised if there isn't more to this story of which we only have your side.

Dear concern
I know a person who is living in canada from past 20 years or so with fake id. He claims that his name is imran shah and he is shia. There is a shia and sunni conflict in pakistan (cast system) and the time he went to canada, shia and sunni conflict was at its peak. So he took the advantage and pretended to be shia and pretended that there was a threat to their life in pakistan. But in reality he is sunni and his real name is and there wasnt any threat. (Butt are sunnis they can never be shia)
He was a residents of pakistan lahore. His address of pakistan was House 12 street 122 takia sardar shah BUTT manzil lahore. This house still exist in lahore.
His fathers name is and mothers name is He has 2 brothers and 1 sister who resides in pakistan. His elder brother's name is and his younger brother's name is and his sisters name is Its a sunni family. And according to shias belief system sunni cannot convert in to shia. Tensions between Sunnis and Shias was flaring up, with several incidents of violence reported 20 years back in pakistan and he took an advantage and created a story in canada to show he and his wife is a victim. He is living there with a fake identity along with his wife and 4 kids.

This is the whole story, he has 2 id cards...one with the name and other with the name
According to pakistan law its a crime. I will send the concern person a police certificate mentioning his double identities.
In canada he has never introduced his brother in law as his relative, he tells his family that if canadian immigration will get to know this I will be ruined. Its his own statement.

Follow the steps in the below link and provide the exact details there that you provided in your past post. That is all you can do.

Can you please send the link again?

I have emailed here the whole story today.
A few points:
1. Did your uncle move to Canada as a refugee due to religious persecution in Pakistan?

2. You may want to remove the personal information/names that you've posted in your previous post. It could seem like you are defaming him and he could file a defamation/libel suit against you.

3. Regardless of how he gained his residence status in Canada, IRCC would have run background and identity checks to confirm that his statements are true. If he had misrepresented factual information, he would have been banned for 2 years. Even if it is proven true now, his Canadian citizenship can be revoked.

4. Not sure why you think your uncle will move back to Pakistan after he has built his life using a fake identity. He is probably aware that by changing his caste/identity, his life could be in danger if he returns to Pakistan. Just a thought
