Hello dear freinds.i applied for visitor Visa on June 2018 and I was granted multiple entry visa 2 weeks later .now I have a problem and that is when I was about to get boarding card in tehran airport they said you were supposed to go to Canada in September by a tour and why are you traveling at this time .my flight was 7th November.unfortunately I wasn' issued borading card and I was rejected .on 8 November I received a procedural letter from Canada embassy and it is written on the letter that based on updated information you no longer meet the requirements of traveling to Canada and they have given me 30 days opportunity to show additional documents for supporting my documents.they have written I should send my information by the address on the top of the letter but there isn't any address .please tell me to which address should I send my mails ?please help me and give me advice to save my visa.

The issue is not that you were to travel in September. Also, your TRV has been cancelled.

Not sure if you're aware a Procedural Fairness letter is normally issued when the visa office believes an applicant has submitted false information or fraudulent documents. This is the first step towards banning someone for 5 years. This is a serious matter. You may want to seek the advice of an immigration lawyer before you reply to the visa office.

You can send both an IRCC web form + an email to the Ankara visa office.
