Thanks for reply Heshan, my AOR is 8th September. By when should i be expecting the IP2 to be cleared?
These days, some candidates are getting PPR after IP1, and there is no such IP2 stage...In my case, my AOR is July 24th, and still waiting at IP1 stage. Anyway, by going with the statistics, we need to wait at least 3-4 months from the date of AOR to get our PPRs...

My AOR is on September 27th, by this December i will be turning 32. Will this affect my application. As the score for 32 years of age is lesser by 5 points. Please let me know.

What is your AOR? It seems are you are still at the early stage. The first status change would be "Medical Passed", and at the same day, or day after Background check status gets changed.

Earlier I got it wrong...I saw your Medical Status as "In Progress". Sorry about that.
Can you copy and paste the entire message under your "Background Check"? Seems you had to submit additional documents right?
What do you mean by pre-arrival mail?

According to the details you have provided, I assume you are in IP2...So, the next step would be the PPR mail I guess..
Normally, PNP applications take longer time compared to other to process..

Hi everyone !

After reading the steps that you mentioned :

AOR – NA1 – MEP – IP1 – NA2 – IP2 – NA3 – PPR – CoPR

I'm not sure if my application is in the MEP or the IP2 phase.

I want to mention that I applied under CEC and I got my nominated by Ontario so I have a total of 1034 points. My medical check is saying that
"You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes."

Review of eligibility - We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results - You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.
Review of additional documents - We do not need additional documents.
Interview - You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics - We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check - We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision - Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

AOR: 17 October 2018

I'm confused about the MEP because when I applied they asked for my medical exam and it was of the required documents to upload, but now it's telling me that it's not even required and in the first page of this thread everyone is mentioning that "For PNP applicants it can take more time generally."

Can anyone help me out to know if I'm in MEP or IP2 please ?

Thank you so much and good luck for you all !

Please don't get confused by this message under Review of Medical Result. It is the default message appears once the PR application is submitted. Once you've passed the medical exam, it will change as "You passed the medical exam". Still you are in very early stage...

The above process is not happening as it is these days. The most common step by step process would be;
MEP > IP1 > IP2 > PPR > CoPR
