.....If your app was kept in Mississauga, it's doubtful you had any red flags (according to them anyway). They keep straightforward applications to process there. We also had a rocky start, they had to call us for some additional info and we got AOR later than most (I applied August 2nd but folks from August 10th were receiving AOR by the time I got mine!)
Recently people have been getting their passport request just a day or two after DM so you should not be far away from PR at all now

Hi,That email is considered as AOR2 for CPC Missisauga folks.
So the email where they tell you the application was sent to Mississauga for further processing is your AOR2 or how do you know you have that AOR2?

My wife did medical 14 days ago. There is no update of medical passed/received. So, I wanted to confirm if we need to send anything to CIC from our end? OR is everything send by physician only?

She don't need to send anything, everything send by physician but keep tracking sheet for your record.
You can call CIC and check medical status.
Thank you!! Might call CIC later to check about status. What's your file status? Maybe because we received AOR on same day so our process stages might be similar.
Medical passed on nov 1st after that nothing still waiting for file transfer email
