Ha ha ha ... come on man ... Anyways expect it to be most active July month. Historically, month 4 is the most productive for PPRs. So November is going to be best month in terms of number of PPRs. So, this thread will keep active in this month.
Haha I'm a woman, and you're absolutely right as far as Ottawa VO applicants are concerned. Rest of us with other VOs should be happy if we hear back before Christmas.

Completely agree on this. Last two weeks of December and first week of January would be holiday mode there. So basically if not before 14 Dec then chances are news will come in Second week of Jan onward ... Sigh!

I kinda feel they will try to issue as much PPRs as they can in November just to make up the for overall processing time for year 2018 but if we didn't get ours before Christmas then February is the month to look forward as after coming from a holiday they will take time to pick up the pace :(

Yep that is correct. Let's see if they pick up pace or not.

Tbh I wasn't expecting them even now tk be active but I guess they couldn't contain their happiness :)

I am still waiting for my GCMS notes to find out my VO, but just wondering... is there a pattern (country of residence, stream, AOR month, etc) that determines which VO the applicant will be on? Or is it random?

Hey guyz an off topic question (i apologize in advance for this random question :p)
With the new Canadian immigration target plan (2019-2020-2021) to have 330,000 , 340,000 & 350,000 immigrants, do you think that the CRS score might drop below the 440 threshold??
would like to hear opinions on this please?

Hmm very unlikely, with few exceptional dips here & there . Instead they might withdraw express entry and take other steps to toughen the criteria, it's just my opinion based on the stuff I read.

but if they toughen the selection criteria, they might not achieve their target numbers right?
and they do need significant large numbers, we are speaking 340,000's per year!

There are more people creating profiles with scores higher than 440 these days, that might be a factor in the CRS scores not coming down.
