PR Card Expired

I'm a permanent resident of Canada and I'm outside of Canada and my PR card has expired.

I had heard that we can go to Canada by using the land border crossing between the Canada and United States
and can discuss the issue with the officer face to face.

I had 10 years of US visit visa. I made a plan to got to Canada via
US border and when I reached Dubai, US custom and border protection asked me so many questions, I couldn't explain myself properly because I was travelling alone first time and they cancelled my visa.

Now I need to go back to Canada and it's been 5 or 6 years I'm outside of canada. Can you help me how can I go back to canda?

Do you have any humanitarian and compassionate reasons for having remained outside of Canada for so long and for not meeting the residency requirement? If so, what are they?

Without H&C grounds, a PRTD app will be refused and without a US visa, you can't enter by land. You can renounce your status and apply as a visitor.

Yes I have humanity and compassionate reasons, I can't tell here. Can u give me your email id so I can disscuss my problem easily

I Don't want to go to US again I only want to come to canada. I need help with PRTD app. Can u help me filling out the application? I don't wanna do any mistake again.

My US visa cancelled in 2016. When they cancelled they said you can't go to canada through border if they not allow you to enter in canada where u would live? So go back to your country and apply for work visa from there then come here. So if they not allow you to enter you can live in US and work here.

OK. Understood that reapplying for a USA visa is not a viable option, as this rejection reason will have been recorded.
In that case, you have only the PRTD option, for which you are probably going to need competent legal advice.
It's not something that forum members can practically assist you with. If you have no lawyer, maybe contact the lawyer that hosts the forum?

Seems like you last attempted to come to Canada 2 years ago. Not sure why you didn't pursue PRTD right after you lost your US visa. Being out of Canada for 5-6 years and with an unknown amount of time before that. Getting your PR will be challenging so best to consult a lawyer. Would try to file your PRTD under H&C as soon as possible because it is quite a long process with no guarantees.
