Can someone help? I and my family were invited for medicals. My wife and my children went and passed. I did not go because I won't be traveling with them because of medical condition. Please I want to know if my absence will affect their chances of getting PR.

Yes it is and all or nothing situation. You have to do the medical.
Agreed with the response above. If you don't do the medical or if you fail the medical - the entire application will be refused.
