Visa for January 2019 status

Hi Rishabh,

I applied on October 15, under General Category and submitted my file in Delhi VFS (Offline.) But till date I haven't received any update... even I have also not received any acknowledgement email from High Commission...

Usually, embassy do send an acknowledgment letter after 14 days confirming the UCI and Application No. .. But I haven't received it....

Does anyone know any visa refusal cases under SDS?
My application just got processed on 1 nov, so it would be approx 20 december for any decision to come and I need to start making all the arrangements.
Please evaluate my profile
10th 95%
12th-85%
IELTS-7.5
Bachelors of computer science January 2019
Paid full year fee and GIC and ITRS of around 6.5 lacs

Please tell me if there is any chance of refusal or I should start making necessary arrangements?

But too late applied
In the last times Canadian government pickup only selected files mostly if there is heavy rush

You will receive your visa
But time will be unknown

WhTs the acknowledgement letter?? I applied on 15th oct as well..offile in vfs delhi ..my status is under process

I had applied on 18th September and still haven't received any application number. I tried linking my account through family name and given name but it shows that my application doesn't exist. What am I supposed to do?

Your passport
Have given name and family name both ??

And enter same info as your agent did while filing for visa

If you have genuine work experience, having all the work related certificates and your every month salary was being credited into your bank account (for the whole period), and having all the salary slips.. Then I believe, you have a good and strong profile...

But do remember some important points...

1. Apply under SDS category.. (1 yr tuition fees and GIC)

2. And most importantly, your chosen course must be relevant of your past studies and work experience...
If you are course is irrelevant then no matter you apply under SDS or University Category .. the chances of visa rejection gets increased...
