I think I know why they didn't acknowledge you passed the medical exams. Because the notes or at least mines are issued close to the date that I ordered them. For example, I requested the notes on September 26th 2018 and at the bottom of the page I noticed that they were issued on September 28th 2018 and I received them on October 26th.
Good to know! I did call and they said the security didnt started

Still waiting
And also waiting for new work permit
And I don’t know what they will do first
i was in same place like you before, what they did to me they issued me ppr first and after a week they sent the copy of my new work permit, because probably our passport is on hold because of the strike.. but you’ll be ok don’t worry☺

May I know what was your timeline. And your situation for the work permit.
Because my work permit is not an extension. My employer changed that’s why had to apply for new one.
Do you think this might delay my process or no
Just worried

Okay so we definitely need a new work permit for landing process because my old work permit is still valid till 2019

Hi, guys!
Reading this very useful forum for a long time but decided to sign up today only.
Would like to share our timeline as well.
It’s lit bit different cause CIC requested us to make a medical upfront.

Saskatchewan province;
Medical upfront on June 16, 2017;
Application received- 8 August 2017;
AOR - 21 September 2017;
Rprf request - 19 March 2018 (paid the next day).

From march 2018 nothing is going on.
Hope we won’t receive request for the second medical:) and we will get our ppr hopefully to the end of this year.

Good luck for everyone!

If CIC continues at the same pace as in the last weeks most probably you will get PPR (or at least DM) by mid November. Fingers cross!

Maybe this friday will get some PPR. CIC will update the online system tonight right after they finish testing the in-land landing. They are still sending PPR for Express Entry everyday. Lets see

Thank you, Josh! Hoping for the same!
Our immigration consultant told us the chance to get the 2nd medical is 90%, hope we are in lucky 10% and won’t get it :)
And all of us will celebrate the coming Christmas as happy Canadian residents! That will be Really Happy Christmas!:)
