And he didn’t work for astronomy, he just studied it while he was in Vancouver. The answer was missionary because he worked for a local faith group while he was in Mexico

I got confused with this because while it did say that he stayed with missionaries, his work part didn't make a lot of sense to me and next line was 'after this brief period of military service he....' So I went with the astronomy one which the next para mentioned that he studied while in Vancouver (I think).

The paragraph about the work they do...the very first line was something like "ATs often have to work with the staff and train them about the setups..."
So, It should be True.

Same I wrote. Many of them have wrote 1st answer as false. Now lets see

The answer is 'Smart' not 'Smartones' because the fill in the blank went something like '_____ swimmers' and 'smartones swimmers' doesn't sound right. Also, smartones isn't a word.

The answer is 'Smart' not 'Smartones' because the fill in the blank went something like '_____ swimmers' and 'smartones swimmers' doesn't sound right. Also, smartones isn't a word.

It was a certificate they were talking about so I guess smartones would be apt , and in ielts they speak exact words .
