i am rany i have applied for quebec immigration 2014 august,during that time i have eligible point,bur 2 weeks before i got an email that i have insufficient points,if any body has same experience please give some suggestion

There are many comments on other threads on this, but basically quebec has changed the rules as of august 2018 and all current AND previuos candidates are assessed per these new rules.

I don't think there is anything anyone besides Quebec administration can do anything to overcome this. the least we can do is recalculate with new rules and hope we fit in. this can happen also in the future.
it is not fair to my opinion... you don't change the game rules in the middle of the game (but it is up to them, we can only follow)
