Me and my husband have applied to go to Canada, sponsored by my daughter and her husband.
This had gone through, but they moved to Quebec so we had an additional process to go through.
Now it seems they are separating. Is it possible to change the application so it just me and not my husband? Or would my daughter and I have to start all over again.

If your husband no longer wishes to come to Canada, then he can simply not use the visa and not come to Canada. You don't have to change the application.

If you are asking about the income requirements that your daughter has to meet to sponsor you, then this is the same regardless of whether just you are coming to Canada - or both you and your husband. Your daughter will need to meet the income requirements to cover both you and your husband (even if only you are coming to Canada).

If your daughter's income is not enough to meet the LICO for family of 3 (if she get divorce and family is her, you and your husband), then, she has to start over again.
