I have received a Intent of Refusal letter from OINP because I did not prove enough experience. My mistake was that I changed employee 3 times and between one of them I worked for a guy that was paying me by email. I have actually paid my taxes but immigration considered this time as self-employed Work Experience and I didnt have enough days/weeks to prove my application.

I had applied for a WP Extension on July to stay working until I receive my OINP so until now I am under a implied status and even tho I can remain working by law my SIN is expired and that makes it very difficult for me to find a employee by now.

I still have a chance to send an email back to OINP or fight in court as I read somewhere in the internet.

PLEASE ANYONE WITH ANY IDEIA CAN HELP THIS HOPELESS HARD WORKING MAN ???

THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME
