I have been stuck in ADR too. Submitted my newborn's information as requested by CIC 10 days back. Still showing "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided"..Awaiting for it to move to IP2. Any newborn related ADR in this group?

What status changes take place after submitting additional documents?

I submitted adr on 27 sept. I checked after a day and the status was Not Applicable. I never witnessed "we are reviewing ..." .

Does not applicable come after review or before review?

U submitted on Sept 27? Is that a typo? If it's not applicable, then they are good with the ADR you provided..what was your ADR related to?

Hello Guys,
I am AOR 19th July
Cleared Medical and was asked for a PCC from CANADA on 8th August, was given time till 10th October to submit.
I submitted the same on 28th August.
Its been over a month since that still says WE ARE REVIEWING.
However i moved to IP2 the same day they had asked for ADR.
Is there a pattern ?
I also believe somehow that they will start processing my file 10th October onwards and not before that since that was the prescribed time for me to submit the ADR ?
Making sense or only losing my mind !

Hi all, I'm in the same boat as you.
AOR is 7/25, got an adr on 9/26 and replied 10/1...nothing since except "we are reviewing...." getting frustrating.

Hello, just a query based on details below.

AOR : 18 Sept
Medicals Passed and ADR for Schedule A (IMM5669) : 12 Oct (deadline for ADR : 19 Oct)
ADR submitted on : 15 Oct
Status :
Review of additional documents - We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.
Background check - Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.

Does someone have any inputs on why Schedule A is requested for express entry applicants? I believe my application / personal history section was pretty straight forward, the only confusion would have been my distance education degree (master's) which overlapped with my work history.

Also, what are the steps that come under background check? Just curious because I'm unaware of deeper details within each steps of the application processing.

Is there any update on your case? My situation is similar to yours and I am wondering about it as well.

NOTHING !
This is so frustrating !
I always thought that the fact that i'd been to canada should/would work in my favour !
doesnt look like ...
I was under the same impression but the reality seems to be quite the opposite.

I'm in the same boat with my Federal Worker Express Entry application (I'm a UK citizen, living in England).
Application was received April; additional document requested 17 May and submitted two days later. Status was updated to 'we are reviewing your additional documents' almost immediately. Eligibility and Background checks have also been 'in progress' ever since. It's now five months and counting...
