Hi All,

I had received an ITA last month, i was uploading the documents and session logged out. I was distracted by my son playing next to me and instead of clicking on continue application, i clicked on decline invite and did continue. I tried calling IRCC, they don't have an option to call from outside of Canada.
Please advice/help me on this. Thank you.

What was your score ? You're back in the pool.
 
Unfortunately this can not be undone and there is no other way around. You will have to be back in the pool and wait for next draw.
It sounds little unrealistic that someone accidentally declined ITA when there is always a prompt before final submit button.
BTW, What’s your score now?

Not doubting your account but sorry buddy it sounds like "dog ate my homework" kind of excuse from school. Not sure it will fly with IRCC. But, I wish you all the best.
 
if your score is 437 then this is a real tragedy. contact them by webform using your application number. or call the technical helpdesk number

Thank you all for your suggestions. I did post a request with my application number. I haven't got any response yet. I will try calling the number which you have mentioned above.

The average answer time for emails is more than 15 days, in most cases, so email response will take time. Try calling them however they will not accept this at all.
 
Was the ITA sent back to your profile..were you able to resolve the issue

IRCC won't restore a declined ITA. You have to re-enter the pool and wait to receive ITA again.
