NOC decision

I need help choosing between two NOCs that both explain some of my role duties. My title is Sales Coordinator and my responsibilities include:


● Develop strong working relations within the organization to ensure smooth flow of work
● Document and update sales and support processes
● Work with implementation team to deploy solutions for our clients
● Serve sales enquiries in an efficient and professional manner
● Assist in the creation and onboarding of new accounts
● Work with and enhance existing key accounts
● Help maintain and expand the company's database of prospects
● Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and email, cross-sell and
up-sell
● Collaborate with Sales Reps and Sales Leader to determine necessary strategic sales
approaches.
● Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events,
Lead campaigns, new market research etc
.

I think 1123 applies to it, but it seems to be mostly applicable to public relation roles. In my opinion it relates more to an administrative position like 1221.

Can anyone help me choose? Do you maybe know of any other NOC that might apply to this description?

Need more info... it matters whether you sell to consumers or to other businesses (retail vs wholesale), as well as whether what you are selling is technical or not...

So, I help the Sales team that works with private companies. The thing is that I don't technically sell anything, I work with the team to help the sales process be smoother.

I understand, but it matters the type of company you work for...

Well, your 8th duty listed above says you cross-sell and up-sell... that's sales. In any case, you are part of the sales team, right?

BTW you have to look at the "lead statement" (the first paragraph of the NOC) make sure you're in the right sector/industry etc.

As well, look at 1122 Instead of 1123.

Not sure it helps, it's not always easy to find the right NOC...
