Hi
I applied for extension my stay in Canada as a visitor, if the immigration denied that, I should leave as soon as possible, how many days I have to leave to be OK and legal?

Dear sir/madam.
I have 2 questions please.
1_can I apply for extension of my stay in Canada 23 days before the expiry date? I know it's 30 days before. But I can before 23 days?
2_if I leave canada during the period of the extension of my stay and I come back before the expiry date of that. On the airport border they put new record of stay or I should leave again on the expiry date which made on my extension stay.
