Move to Quebec

Hi, I'm currently living in Calgary and in processing with family sponsorship program and now just received requiring of the medical check. My hubby is from Quebec and we are willing to move to Quebec next month but I'm confused that people said I cannot move to Quebec now as they have different sponsorship. But on CIC website mentioned If I change the address, I can change it via their online service,

You may use this on-line service if:

• your case is being processed in Canada;
• your address is in Canada;
• you are moving within three weeks;
• you have not been requested to report your change of address in person to your local office.

but nowhere mention that I cannot move to Quebec, only mention my address needs to be in CANADA.
So if I move to Quebec next month could it influence my application.

When you're a PR in Canada you can go live wherever you want in Canada, even in Quebec. But if you plan to land in Quebec you have to ask for CSQ from the government of Quebec
