How often can I visit Canada on a multiple entry visit visa

Hello Seniors,

I am a resident since 2012 and issued a letter of invitation to my friend and he got visitor visa in early 2018. He visited us in March 2018 and left Canada before the expiry of granted period at entry. He is holding multiple entry visa valid till 2013, can he visit as many times as he wants or his entry can be denied at entry airport?

He can visit as often as he wants to. At some point sooner or later, a CBSA officer may believe he is not a genuine visitor and your friend could be denied entry or his stay could be limited
