Did anyone received a letter from cic after start the processing of spouse sponsorship application? My online tool for application status shows that they send me a letter on oct 4, 2018 and didn’t received that yet. Just wondering anyone had the same experience. Then I don’t need to anxious about that.

It's probably an email. Check your spam and that IRCC has the correct address

What does it exactly say? Are you seeing that on ECAS? Did you check your GCKey yet?

IRCC tends to use that phraseology for email or snail mail. If they have an Email address, they will be more likely to use that method where possible.
