Im waiting forever for approval

Hello everyone I've sponsored my wife and the application has reached Mississauga since the 4th of July, she lives in Pakistan and I'm a Canadian Born Calgarian I've waited for about three months but I still haven't gotten any response. My father applied for my step mother on the 24th of july but because of some unclear information his application came back and than we fixed it and sent it back. Now today my step mother received an email for payment for biometics and with it her application number was seen. Now im confused as to why my wife's application confirmation not come yet or at least some response!!! The person who helped me fill out my wife's form said the form is probably cleared but now in a wait list and the immigration office will send everything all at once. But even so the suspense and wait is annoying.

Can someone please help out with some useful information

applications are processed on a case basis.....if your application is complete IRCC will send the PA the AOR....sometimes it takes more than 3 months for AOR to arrive.....patience.....it will arrive.

Spousal sponsorship process completion time varies depending on the Visa Office and on a case basis.......will advice you assume process completion takes 12 months to help reduce the waiting stress.......relax.....its a wait game.

Sadly, I think that the only thing we really can say is "wait." Provided that you have a tracking number that shows your application was delivered to CIC, and you filled out the forms correctly, you're waiting for AOR. It has been a bit of a while now, to be honest, so I hope you get it soon. But it's not unheard of to take a while.

This is also only the beginning of the waiting. I hope it happens soon for you.
