PGWP advice

Hi I am currently a student taking my last subject. I studied full time from Sept 2017 to May 2018 (8 months) and taking my last subject (part time) until December 2018. I am still qualified to get a PGWP, right? Even though I studied part time for my last term?

Also, lastly, I will go home to my country to renew my passport and expired student visa and apply for the PGWP there. Do you think I will have any problems even if I change my passport?
