I feel you bro. Half of the applications where I live go to Hamilton. Mine HAD to be in that pile that went to dreaded Mississauga office.
I believe each application is different. I live in Milton and I am a Jan 2018 applicant. When I learned that my application is in Hamilton I was really happy knowing that it will be processed quicker. Even though I was one of the first ones to be in process since March 2018. Since then there is no update and other applicants after me are onto their Oath from Hamilton.

Anybody knows why Mississauga is so much slower than Scarborough?
Scarborough is very quick to give test Invite but slow like a turtle for Oath Invite unless you get really lucky. I notice with Mississauga After test there’s a faster turnaround for Oath Invite which could be about a week or two after test.

I think there are more slots for oath at Mississauga so that makes sense it takes less time to oath there. No idea why Mississauga can’t give out test invites faster though. It’s a moot point now because we’ve all been transferred to Scarborough. Seems people are getting test invites today. I hope ours are on the way.

Seriously? I've been waiting for my test invitation from Scarborough forever. No update at all once files reached Scarborough...

No update yet! Every-time I call I get the reply I am in line waiting for test invite this is since May.
Yeah but it's a huge line. hahaha. What we can do? Only make fun of it otherwise we getting crazy. I am less than 2 weeks away from the one year mark and do not have a test invite. The real sad part is that they promised several times we get it done in 12 Months just forget to tell how many times 12 Months.

I hope too but honestly, I doubt it. They seem to not care about us.
That’s not accurate... it’s not that they don’t “seem” to care , they actually don’t care — they won’t get paid more for getting it done or just letting it sit there , there is no reason for them to care

True. They don't. If they would care we would have a real answer on the webform not a copied template.
