Loe letter for relative claiming problem

Hi guys
I got into trouble. My aunt living in canada and i claimed her in my profile(i dont need any score from my relative).now for submitting as a required doc i need her pr card but i called her and she denied to give me image of her pr card !! Can i explain this issue in loe whithout uploading her documents?can any one help me writting good loe letter about this issue?thx in advance

I'm understanding you're at Post-ITA stage.
Do you have emails as proof and trace of her refusal to provide you with her PR card?
If nothing, see if you can check "No" to the question of whether she's a Permanent Resident in Canada, and provide LOE saying you don't have proof of residency and therefore won't claim points for it.

Tnx for ur helpful helping ...but i decided to decline my invitation because of some purpose and again go to the pool to make some changes in my profile and then submit for new invitation..could it be possible ,dont claim my anut at all(in the pre ita )or it will cause problem for me i mean as misrepresent or does it record in the history of my profile .tnx

As long as you're honest and open about in LOE, you're fine.
