Hello everyone! We got our PPR recently and we will be submitting out ppts soon. Our medicals were done on 30 December 2017. Can someone pls guide me on the following questions:
1. For how many months is the visa issued for first entry?
2. What do our medicals have to do with our first entry?
3. I read it somewhere that I will have to travel before our medicals expire i.e. 30 December 2018. Is this date going to be the same irrespective of what the visa says?
4. If I we assume that i have to travel before my medicals expire, Can the PA travel alone? If yes, then my secondary applicants will have to travel before 30 December too or can they travel according to the visa??

Thanks in advance.

1) until medical expire which is one year after date of medical
2)only valid for a year and entry must be done within that period
3)immigrant visa and COPR would say that date
4) yes PA can land first and other person after. Date as said before would be when your medical is expiring

Thanks!
So this means that the PA and the secondary applicants will have to travel before 30 December ????
The visa stamp on your passport will have an expiration date, which would be 1 year from your medicals. So yes PA and accompanying members must land on or before that date.

So, in all cases the date on the visa will
Not exceed the expiration date of the medicals?
What about re-medicals?
