PCC from China

Hello frenz,
My husband stayed in China for 1 yr on student visa.
He does not have resident registration detail with him.
We want to get PCC from
China.and its not possible for us to go personally go and take it.
Anyone knows how to get China PCC? Any agent who can help?

You guys probably already thought of it but...
Does your husband know someone in China who is a citizen or Permanent Resident in China, to whom he can give authorization?
