Inland Spousal immigration important questions?

My wife is here on visitor visa living with me.She got her visa in july and we got married in india in August and she came here to attend her sister wedding and has been staying with me since. we havent had chance to go on honeymoon so dont have honeymoon pics and hotel reciepts. Would that cause any problem? any other suggestions will be much appreciated.

we didnt take a honeymoon and provided an explanation that we simply didnt have the money... we were approved in march

Nothing extra... just put a bright sticky note to call out there was an additional sheet with info on the next page
