If I recall right, at the time of submitting the application, it mentions that paying upfront will lead to a faster processing of the application.
Anybody know if thats true?

It said 'it may' lead to a faster processing so I am not sure.

Even I paid RPRF upfront. AOR 28th Aug. Even my MEP is not done yet.

I believe that this is something similar to when you visit a doctor if you have a cold and he says "In case you take this medicine the cold will go away withn 7 days .. however, in case you dont take it .. the cold will go within one week.." :)

How are you so sure?

Have seen any examples recently?
I think when they say it will speed up - they are saying so that in cases there may be a delay in payment before the application processes further. Now that delay may be just a day or two or a week or more - nobody knows, since each application is different.

However those who have paid it already, their application will not be stopped in the middle for processing awaiting payment
