Hi guys.

I have a letter from my previous employer proofing that I was employed from 16/07/2012 to 19/11/2015 . However I was on a absence leave for studying English in Canada from 16/04/2015 to 23/09/2015 . Yet was still employed I was just allowed to go abroad study and after that I returned to my job . Does anyone know if it is a problem. The letter that I have proofs 3 yrs and 4 months. My immigration agent does not want to use this letter. She is telling me that the immigration officer will not accept it I don't know what to do. Thanks!!

Were you working for your employer full time while studying in Canada?
 
Hi there. No I wasn't. I was employed but away for study. Eventhough the cpmpany issued a letter stated that I worked for 3yrs and 4 months .Thanks!
