Enter to Canada just before PR expiry

Hi,
Need advice... please.

I'll return to Canada 10 days before my PR expires, and i haven't been in Canada for 730 days (been there only less than 2 months). But this time I'm going to stay and leave in Canada forever.

Please let me know:
1- Can i enter to canada?
2- Is there any risk of finding job, losing social services or facing PR cancellation or deported?

So 10 days before your PR card expires or 10 days before the 5 years from your initial landing date ?

Note PR cards expire PR status never expires and can only be revoked or renounced

Makes little difference given if you only spent 2 months in the 5 years since initial landing there is strong possibility you will be reported for failing the RO leading to your PR status being revoked subject to appeal.

As you are a PR you will still be entitled to enter Canada but odds are high you could be reported leading to PR status being revoked at some point

If you are lucky enough to not get reported then you need to stay for 2 years without leaving at all to reset your RO. In the mean time you should not try to renew your PR card given that will also bring to the attention of immigration that you have failed the RO.

Although a PR card is generally more useful for and required for travel, not having a valid one can sometimes possibly prove inconvenient when dealing with some government agencies so assume for example you have a SIN already which you need to work.

They'll likely flag you and follow up, potentially revoking your PR at a later date.

My initial landing date is almost 3 months before my PR issuing date...
So still i can go back even before 5 years of initial landing.
Does it make any difference?

I already have SIN card but have not used any services yet ...
If i face PR revoking, then should i leave Canada or still i can stay?

When was the less than 2 months you spent in Canada, at the time of original landing or later. If you are almost at end of 5 year for PR card, it is possible that you don’t have any creditable time toward your residency obligation.

I was there 2 times each time less than a month.
And today i have passed almost 4.5 years out of 5.
Is there any risk of deporting?
Any advice?

No risk of deportation, but a significant risk of being reported for RO and a residency review. You will have a chance to appeal if they do report you, but if you don't have compelling reasons for failing to meet RO, expect them to revoke your PR status.

And if they revoke my PR, can i still stay in canada until complete the RO, or i should leave Canada?

If your PR gets revoked you have to leave Canada.

If they revoke your PR, you no longer have status or the right to remain in Canada. They would issue a departure order. If you fail to leave within 30 days, the departure order becomes a removal (deportation) order.
