Hi,
Couple of month ago I sent an invitation letter to my friend's sister so that she can come and visit her in Toronto (as my friend lives in US and she couldn't get a US visa for her sister after 3 times attempt). Apparently, now her sister got the Canadian visitor visa and will travel to Vancouver ! ( I was not aware of this)
I have no idea what her plans are but I don't want to be responsible for her actions in Canada as they didn't inform me about getting a visa or the reason why she planned to go to Vancouver instead of Toronto (where I live).
How can I report on this issue and cancel her visa ( as I don't want to be responsible if she decides to stay in Canada) before her entry to Canada?

I don't think that you can cancel anything. Her change of plans is not fraudulent. You are not on the hook for any financial agreement with IRCC.

What? Why would you want to cancel your sister's visa? This seems so mean. If she applied on her own, then how could you be responsible for the past letters? You need to think about it. If she do anything wrong, how could you be responsible? I mean WHAT!!!

well visa isn't issued due to YOUR invitation letter it is issued on her presentation circumstances and documents your invitation has nothing to do with it.. invitation is just can be a purpose of visit can't be a paper for visa so come on stop jealousy and move on and once visa is issued so it is upto her where she wants to go as she GOT Canada visa not limited to Toronto.. and you can't be responsible of her actions so don't worry be happy and be positive as you helped someone so Calm down bro.
