I sent my application on July 14th, I still don’t see that it has been entered online when I check my application status.

AOR is the Acknowledgement of Receipt.
This will be sent as an email once your application is processed by CIC.
As of now we see that July 6th applications got an AOR.
So it might be some days till the time line will change to July 14th.
But , please keep checking your email from CIC. All the best !
