Closed bounded work permit

Hello,
For some reason i cannot apply for PGWP, but can i apply for WP through LMO from my employer?

can i still apply if i past the 90 days..because 90 days is after finishing studies.as i am not applying for PGWP..and can i still apply for closed bounded WP even if i dont have status?

Yes if you can obtained an approved LMIA from your employer then you can apply for a work permit. You should change your status to visitor and wait until you get LMIA. Do note that LMIA takes 3 to 6 months processing. Make sure your employer is willing to keep the job offer open until you get your work permit.
