travel outside Canada and back for landing

I recently contacted the IRCC to ask about my in-land PR application. They said your application has been approved and that I gotta wait to hear from Etobicoke IRCC office for landing appointment.
Etobicoke office current waiting time is ten weeks.
I was wondering if it's possible for me to fly outside Canada and back to do the landing in the airport.
I have RTD, no visa to the US. I can fly maybe to Europe.
Please share your thoughts and suggestions.

No - you can't. You have to wait for your inland landing appointment.
